First Time Buyer Mortgage Adviser

Buying your first property will be one of the biggest decisions you will make!

Putting your first foot on the property ladder can be exciting as well as stressful, we at Ayton Law know the difficulties First Time Buyer can go through to achieve a mortgage loan.

First Time Buyers usually need a minimum deposit of 5% of the property price, although if a bigger deposit is achievable there is a possibility of more choices available from lenders.

If a deposit is a problem then some lenders will allow Vendors gifted deposits, they may also consider a Guarantor mortgage with the financial backing coming from a Parent or Grandparent. Guarantor Mortgages will require independent legal advice.
